Musculoskeletal pain, digestive disorders, mental emotional struggles, hormonal imbalances, sleep difficulties are just a few of the things Heather treats on a daily basis with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture. Her philosophy is health within a whole person supports them in every aspect of their life.

Acupuncture is a fantastic modality to address all aspects of health: physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. Linking those aspects together in harmony creates strong vitality to flow through our daily lives.

Supporting recovery through an MVA experience, especially to include the mental/emotional aspect, can be key to complete recovery. Acupuncture’s ability to treat shock and trauma makes it a powerful support to include in a healing plan.
